I have been using this product for about 4 years now and it's still in great shape. It works great, straightens hair in one stroke down the hair line, and the results lasts until you wash it. (I have very curly frizzy hair) The disadvantage is that I use the iron each and every day. I’ve been using it for the past 4 years so u can very well imagine what condition my hair must be in at the moment. It is totally fried!! No exaggeration, my hair is literally fried!. My hair used to be so long, now its shorter than it ever was cause the ends literally fall off. The ends are still so bad and I stopped using the iron (except for my bangs) for the last 5 months. I will need a few more hair cuts to get rid of the fried ends- then hopefully it will start to look longer again. So, to sum it up, it works great- but beware cause too much use WILL fry the hair!
