Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Ohio. This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Sugarcreek, Ohio. All other states are tax-exempt.
Shipping/Express Shipping
Most items are shipped within 3-4 working days but please allow up to 10 working days for your delivery to arrive at your door. Special directions cannot be provided to UPS or USPS shippers.
My-Hair-Tools.com basically ships with UPS. In case, you have asked for shipping your product package to a PO BOX or a military address, your products shall be sent through USPS.
NOTE: UPSP deliveries ONLY have a delivery confirmation number, NO tracking number.
Few of the products are available with Free Shipping. If the product you have bought qualifies, please select the option ‘Free shipping’ tab, during checkout.
My Hair Tools.com is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to packages during shipping. UPS covers all items shipped via UPS so if your item gets lost, stolen or damaged during transit, please file a claim through UPS.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping
Shipping outside the continental U.S. will require additional Shipping charges. These fee will cover any taxes or duties so that you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives to your door. We will have to contact you and let you know what those additional charges will be.
Defective Merchandise
Satisfaction is extremely important to My-Hair-Tools.com. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day satisfation guarantee, free shipping and we even send you a return label within the 30 days if you are unhappy for any reason. This is a no risk policy for you. Please send an email to returns@my-hair-tools.com or call us at 888-830-9181.
If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%
MY-HAIR-TOOLS.com In House warranty Policy. Limited Warranty Coverage.
This warranty entails you to a year of coverage from the date of delivery. This warranty is applicable on only one product which you select at the time of purchase. In case, you have bought a product which malfunctions or does not work properly within 1 year time period, due to technical, material or manufacturing defect, MyHairTools.com (“the warrantor”) shall either
- get the product repaired with new or refurbished parts), or
- replace it with refurbished or new parts, as per the requirement.
The decision to replace or repair completely rests with the warrantor. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents - exposure to water, damage due to falling or breakage, electric short-circuits caused due to natural calamities or Acts of God.
This is a Limited Warranty and Non transferable.
No labor charges or costs for changing parts shall be applicable during the 1 year time period. My-Hair-Tools.com shall pay for Standard Ground shipping, required for sending the item back to the customer to any address within Continental US. Apart from that the customer will handle al other required shipping charges.
To avail this warranty, claims must be presented to our service department for processing. A Return Authorization will be issued with further instructions relating to standard delivery of the item. My-Hair-Tools.com does not guarantee a specific time or replacement, but general waiting time is 7 business days after the defective item is received.
In case, the item is not covered by this Limited warranty scheme, you shall be notified at the earliest. You can reclaim the product sent to us, by paying a shipping fee of $6.95 or choose the option of getting it repaired by us for $35.00 plus $6.95 for shipping.
